NON REFUNDABLE application fee of $45 per adult applicant; cash or money order. $50 for married couples
Copy of picture ID's for each applicant. *DO NOT COPY MILITARY ID CARDS
Minimum of two (2) month proof of income for each applicant; Pay stubs, LES, recent tax return statement.
Minimum two (2) months proof of funds; Bank statements, support payment received.
If your application is accepted you will be required to pay the Security Deposit and First Month Rent with two (2) separate certified checks or money orders made payable to Warrant Realty.
