Welcome to The Squire — a sprawling ranch designed for people who love single-level living, open spaces, and, apparently, buying enough at Costco to survive a small apocalypse. Go inside, and you’re welcomed into the heart of the home — a bright, open great room, kitchen, and dining area designed to keep everyone connected. This is where Friday night charcuterie boards happen, Sunday brunch turns into an all-day event, and everyone gathers around the kitchen island even though there are plenty of perfectly good places to sit. And speaking of the kitchen, The Squire takes storage very seriously. You’ll find not one, but two pantries — your everyday pantry and your Costco pantry. Because there are regular groceries… and then there’s the 48-pack of paper towels, 36 granola bars, and industrial-sized container of snacks you absolutely needed because they were on sale. The Squire also gives you flexibility, so whether you need space for kids, overnight guests, or a home office where you can close the door and pretend you’re not home, there’s a layout that works for you. The primary suite is tucked away for a little extra privacy — because we love an open-concept floor plan, but we don’t necessarily need the entire family involved in everything. Inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom, beautiful ensuite bath, and generous walk-in closet that gives you plenty of room for your wardrobe… and the clothes you haven’t worn since 2019 but aren’t emotionally prepared to part with. There’s also a mudroom to help contain backpacks, shoes, jackets, and all the other things that somehow make it through the front door but never make it to their actual home. And if you really want to make laundry day easier, you can add the optional door connecting the primary bathroom directly to the laundry room. Will it make folding laundry fun? Absolutely not.
