I came to be a resident in the Hampton Roads area like so many others, via the military. I was raised in Detroit, Michigan and graduated high school as a Nursing Assistant. Initially my passion was to always work in the medical field, not sure how far I wanted to go. I always thought being in the medical field was the only way I could help people, but I was wrong. After my family was transfer to NAS Oceana, I became a Legal Secretary for an Attorney and the office had a Real Estate Department. Eventually I had the opportunity to learn how to conduct real estate closing and I loved it. I realized over the next couple years that my passion for helping people could be accomplished through real estate. Helping families obtain their dream of owning a home for the very first time; taking the stress off a military couple who is about to transfer to another duty station and need to sell their home or manage their home because it cannot be sold in time. My vast experience in real estate allows me to help others and meet their needs. I have worked closely with real estate attorneys making sure every detail of a real estate transaction is correct, whether it be buying, selling, refinancing, or investing. I have worked as a Real Estate Closer (title reviewing, curing title defects, receiving and preparing loan documents, etc.), and a Foreclosures Processor. I have extreme knowledge with handling judgment issues, unreleased Deed of Trust, UCC liens, Mechanic Liens, Will & Estate Planning, REO, Short Sales, and Land Contract, etc. Being an agent at Warrant Realty, Inc. has allowed me to continue my passion for helping others. We take real estate to another level by arming our clients with the power of "Knowledge". We show this by not only walking ours families through the real estate process and handling their real estate needs but by offering Home Buyers Workshops. These workshops provide our clients with the knowledge they need to make good decisions when purchasing a home.
