I'm Mike Steverson, Broker and Co-Owner of Warrant Realty, INC. We are a residential Real Estate and Property Management Company located in Portsmouth, VA. I was born and raised Norfolk, VA. After graduating from Booker T. Washington High School in 1980, I enlisted into the United States Coast Guard in 1982. I served proudly for 31 years attaining the highest rank in my chosen field of Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CWO4).
My Real Estate career began in 2006. I worked for a small company in Virginia Beach for 7 years. In 2013, along with my close friend and business partner, Warrant Realty was opened. Since that time, Warrant Realty has helped hundreds of clients and customers meet their real estate goals. We currently manage 70 single family residential homes throughout Hampton Roads. We recently opened a branch office in the Atlanta area of Georgia where we are fully prepared to extend our Real Estate Professionalism to the communities or the ATL.
