My name is Alyssa Alper and I am originally from NJ. Some say you can take a girl out of NJ but you can’t take the NJ out of the girl! I am a positive go-getter and always have been. My background is in fashion merchandising and product development . I always had a passion for fashion. I love using my creativity in any way I can. I moved to VA to work for Family Dollar to buy great product at the best value . My father is a real estate professional and has always motivated me to get into it. He has worked with Rich’s cousin, Mike, in NJ and connected me to Rich when I moved to VA. It is all about networking and making connections in any area of business!! I bought my first property in 2021 and am looking to continue to grow my experience in real estate as an agent and buyer.
